Retirement application      

The application will be completed online by the applicant, while I observe and oversee the entire application process either through video conference screen sharing or an in-person office meeting.  

Medicare application      

Initial Enrollment Period at age 65.  No forms required.

Medicare application Special Enrollment Period      

Delayed enrollment after age 65 due to group health coverage through your or your spouse's current employment. Enrollment forms are generally required.  Form guidance will be provided, and forms can be printed and submitted either by the applicant or consultant via mail or fax. 

Please note: I offer assistance with Medicare Part A (Hospital) and Part B (Doctor's Visit) enrollment utilizing the SocialSecurity.gov website.  I can provide some guidance for Supplemental plans, Advantage Plans and Prescription plans but do not assist with enrollment.  Enrollments in these plans are done outside the Social Security Administration, either through the plan directly, by contacting 1-800 Medicare or through a health Insurance benefit coordinator. 

Third Party application     

Third party applications are completed online by the consultant with the applicant on the phone, in my office, or through video conference call. These can be very helpful for applicants with less or no computer experience or limited internet access.

I am expanding my assistance with disability applications.  I am not always able to help with every case, but please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss your disability claim. 

One Year Follow Up Consulting Option    

The one-year consulting option offers follow up questions / sessions for one year following your initial consultation. 

General Miscellaneous Questions (No Application Filing)     

Questions about existing benefits, future benefits or Social Security procedures are common. I can offer guidance on managing benefits, future filing plans or contacting the agency for help with a problem. 

Retirement Community Group Discounts Available 

I offer group discounts for some retirement community residents.  I understand that many people who live in these communities may have limited incomes and cannot always afford to hire a consultant.  These rates can be negotiated with qualified communities and the amounts are sometimes dependent on community size.  They can also depend on whether fees are paid by the resident or by the community as a membership incentive. Please contact me or have your community administrator contact me for more information.  

Rates start at $100 for informational consultations, $149 for Medicare application assistance and $225 for Retirement application assistance.  Disability application assistance starts at $399. Application rates vary by the complexity of your application and services being provided. Contact me for a free estimate. I also offer group discounts for Retirement Community residents and reduced rates for clients in lower income brackets.
